The Regime has taken over an abandoned manor nestled in the foothills, overlooking the main city. It is far enough away to be a day's journey there and back, but close enough to allow easy access if need be. Now called Winchester Manor, the large, imposing estate has many rooms which retain much of their previous lavishness. It was an estate created to host well over one hundred servants and the main family of the house, which makes it a spacious place for the members of the Regime to enjoy. A fortified wall serves as a fence to keep out intruders.

The light livens up the room which is richly and darkly decorated. It is a casual center meeting place for the Regime members to lounge and mingle, and it is also a place where parties can be hosted.
